Course Description
In this workshop you will learn how to empower others to produce great results. People often get promoted based on their productivity and results. Suddenly a manager, they find themselves faced with a completely new challenge: Managing not only their own time, but that of others as well.
The workshop includes coaching, lecture, discussion and role playing.
