Wolfgang represents OTC International in Europe & Emerging Markets and is based in Barcelona, Spain.
He was trained as a lawyer in Germany before beginning a career spanning myriad sectors of the business world throughout Europe. In each of his many positions - from general manager to human resources manager - he saw a definite need for formalized training. An accountant, for example, might be great at crunching numbers, but perhaps not so effective at delegating and motivating others to perform. This problem affects professionals at all levels and is only amplified by the constant stream of communications that computers have brought to the now incredibly fast-paced world of international business.

Marie-Jose represents OTC International in North America and is based in San Diego, California.
She has a wealth of knowledge with regards to managing and starting Corporations. She has been in positions of Vice President and Chief Executive Officer in International Companies. She is well aware of the breakdowns people run into due to the change in business from the Industrial Age to the Information Age. Marie-Jose has been providing training to people all over the world and stood in front of groups as large as 500 people.

Frank represents OTC International in Asia Pacific and is based in Sydney, Australia.
He has a wealth of knowledge with regards to managing high performance teams and achieving success with both Direct and Channel Sales teams with targets ranging up to $350M. He has been in senior management positions in both the Netherlands as well as on an EMEA theater level (Europe, Middle East & Africa) in International Companies such as Cisco and Novell.
